Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carpe Diem Beach website and related platforms (including www.cdhvar.com and payments.cdhvar.com) ("Site") and all services offered by us, including browsing, purchasing tickets, packages, merchandise, using pay-by-link payment services, and attending events ("Services").
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or using any pay-by-link payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.
1. About Us
The Site and Services are operated by Sunčano nebo d.o.o., Martićeva 71, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 60648119893 ("we", "us", "our").
2. Scope
These Terms apply to general use of the Site, all purchases and distance contracts via the Site or pay-by-link, and tickets, packages, and event access.
3. Use of the Site and Services
You may only use the Site and Services in compliance with applicable law. We grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, post infringing or misleading content, copy or commercially exploit content without permission, interfere with the Site, or use automated tools to extract data.
4. Purchases, Orders and Contracts
Purchases can be made directly or with our assistance. A distance contract is formed upon order confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing all details before payment.
5. Payment Terms
We accept internet banking and credit/debit cards via the Teya payment gateway. All payments are in EUR.
6. Tickets, Packages and Event Access
- Minimum age is 18. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Valid ID is required.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry for intoxication, drug use, violence or dress code violations.
- Lost tickets must be reported immediately. We are not obliged to replace them.
7. Cancellations, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Event cancellation by us or force majeure: Full refund possible.
Prepaid tickets/packages: Generally non-refundable. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities and events with a specific date under Croatian law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by us or our licensors. Commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraud.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Zagreb.
